Nat from Pure Surface Clean arrived promptly and began to set up his equipment. He did a walk through to evaluate the area rugs and carpet. Then he vacuumed, cleaned, dried and re vacuumed the area rugs and carpeted rooms. He then had me inspect the work. It was perfect! The carpeted rooms never looked so good. Everything was “dry” to the touch. Nat then put back the light furniture he moved. Chairs, cocktail table, etc.
This is the most professional carpet cleaning I have ever experienced.

It was a pleasure having Nat take care of my kitchen tiled floor. On his first trip he came to my house to test the grout to see if the paint could be removed. He spent about 45 minutes trying different formulas and didn’t charge me. Nat was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a good price to clean my kitchen Floor and grout. We recently purchased a new home in the area that needed a lot of TLC! The tile floors were worn and the grout was dirty, the hardwood floors were scuffed and not well maintained, and the carpet and many other areas trapped the odor of the prior owners' dogs. Worth every penny!!! Nat was extremely helpful and so professional. He was referred to me from a close friend.
I was shopping around to get our carpets done because our animals and kids destroy them.
I got a lot of different prices ranging from $240 up to $540.
We ended up going with pure surface care for a few reasons.
His whole process is top of the line and the chemicals they are using are animal and kid safe plus the drying time in his system is just amazing!!!! everything was done and completely dry in 4 hours!!! By the time my kids got home from school everything was completely done!!
I was present during the stain application and I can tell you the floors were saturated!!
I had to change my socks just from walking on the carpet quickly!!
He was a little more expensive than some of the others but you absolutely get your money's worth! I can't tell you how many times I've had our carpets cleaned and you really question if they're doing anything other than spraying some water on it LOL I can guarantee your carpets will look brand new once Nat is done with them!!

Pure Surface Care did a great job with my basement carpet. I had it done last year by another local franchised company and they did a decent job but there was still some light stains that were left. I figured they just were too deep to come out. However, PSC came today and was able to remove these stains and spent about twice the time cleaning my carpet than that last company did.
