Yes. Our cleaning solutions are safe for families and pets, and we do not use harsh chemicals that leave residue or lingering odors behind. Your home is clean and safe to live in when we leave.

Yes. Pure Surface Care is IICRC-certified and fully insured. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification sets industry standards for cleaning and restoration, and our certification demonstrates that our work follows those standards.

An IICRC-certified firm follows written industry standards for inspection and cleaning, with training and testing on those standards. That means the cleaning method is matched to your specific carpet, fabric, or floor instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. You get consistent, accountable results backed by an independent standard, not just our own promise.

Every job runs from our fully self-contained truck-mounted system. The truck carries its own fresh water supply, so we never connect to your water. It also carries its own waste recovery tank, so all soil and waste water leaves with us. Only the hoses and cleaning tools come inside. We bring this same prepared setup to homes and businesses in every town, whether the job is in Manasquan, Colts Neck, Freehold, or anywhere in Monmouth County, NJ.

We provide the fastest drying time. For every wet pass we perform multiple dry passes, and we set up high-speed fans before we leave. Drying time varies with carpet thickness and humidity, but our process removes as much moisture as possible before we go.

Cleaning frequency depends on the type of floor and how much traffic it gets. Most carpets benefit from professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months, and homes with pets or heavy foot traffic may need it more often. Tile, grout, and natural stone typically hold up well for 12 to 24 months between professional cleanings. Regular cleaning removes soil before it becomes embedded, which extends the life of the material.

We address stains as part of our carpet and upholstery cleaning process. Results depend on the type of stain, how long it has been set, and the material involved. We use appropriate techniques and solutions for each situation.

Our pet odor removal process targets the source of the odor rather than masking it. We identify affected areas and apply specialized treatment to neutralize odor-causing substances at their origin. This approach provides lasting results rather than a temporary fix.

We begin by identifying the tile and grout type, such as ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone, since each requires a different cleaning approach. We also inspect traffic patterns to determine where soil is most concentrated. We then apply a cleaning solution and use specialized equipment to agitate and extract built-up soil from the grout lines and tile. We finish with a thorough rinse, and grout sealing is available to protect the results.

Yes. Grout sealing is available as an additional service to our tile and grout cleaning. Sealing after a professional cleaning helps protect against future staining and simplifies ongoing maintenance. We recommend sealing to extend and protect the results of your cleaning.

We use pH-neutral cleaning solutions that are safe for natural stone, including marble, travertine, and limestone. Our process removes soil and buildup without etching or damaging the stone. We also offer penetrating sealer application after cleaning to protect against future staining.

We begin with an inspection to assess the type of hardwood and the condition of the finish. We then apply a hardwood-safe cleaning solution and use the appropriate equipment to remove soil, scuff marks, and residue. The process is designed to protect your floor finish and help restore the natural appearance of the wood.

A screen and recoat is a maintenance service that renews the protective finish on a hardwood floor. The existing finish is lightly screened, and a fresh coat of polyurethane is applied on top. It works only on the finish layer, so the wood itself is never touched, and for most floors the entire process is completed in one day. Learn more on our Hardwood Screen and Recoat page.

Yes. We clean laminate, LVP, and LVT floors using low-moisture methods and solutions designed to protect every layer of the floor, removing soil and buildup without the risk of swelling or warping. Learn more on our Laminate and Vinyl Floor Cleaning page.

We begin by identifying the fabric, whether natural fiber, synthetic, or a blend, and match the cleaning solution and method to it, including low-moisture cleaning where the material calls for it. Our IICRC-certified process removes built-up soil and residue without leaving the fabric oversaturated or damaged.

Yes. We serve both residential and commercial clients throughout Monmouth County, NJ. We are trained and equipped for every cleaning method, from steam cleaning to low moisture cleaning, which allows us to handle offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other commercial properties. Contact us to discuss your project.

Fast drying comes from the process, not just the equipment. We schedule enough time for each job so the process is never rushed. Knowledge, hands-on experience, and ongoing education determine how much moisture a specific carpet or upholstery fabric can safely handle, which allows us to avoid oversaturating the fibers during cleaning. For every wet pass during extraction, we perform multiple dry passes to remove the highest level of moisture possible. We use truck-mounted cleaning equipment, which provides stronger suction than portable units. We also set up high-speed fans after cleaning to speed up drying further. Completing each of these steps, rather than skipping ahead, is how we provide the fastest drying time.
