What cleaning services do you offer in Monmouth County?

We provide a wide range of professional cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, laminate and vinyl cleaning, pet odor treatment, and RV boat cleaning. Our services cater to both residential and commercial clients.

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee for Pure Surface Care services?

We prioritize your happiness, and if any aspect of our cleaning service doesn’t meet your expectations within 14 days, we’ll gladly return to address the specific areas we initially cleaned.

The following conditions apply:

  • Our 14-day guarantee applies only to the cleaning services we provided
  • We will re-clean the area in question, not the entire space
  • Any new soil, stains, or spots are not covered under this guarantee
  • Normal wear and tear on carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces are not included

How can I prepare for a cleaning service?

Please follow these simple preparation steps before our team arrives to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process. Your cooperation helps us provide exceptional service while keeping customer satisfaction in mind:

  1. Clear the space to be cleaned: Remove clutter, fragile items, small items, toys, decorations, or breakables to create a clutter-free workspace.
  2. Pre-vacuum the surface: If possible, vacuum the area to be cleaned before our arrival.
  3. Secure pets: Keep pets in a separate room or area during cleaning to ensure their safety and ours.
  4. Prioritize safety: Avoid entering areas during cleaning to prevent slip-and-fall accidents and maintain a safe distance from hoses and other equipment.
  5. Adult presence required: Please ensure an adult is present to meet our team at the scheduled appointment time

Following these steps, you help us provide a thorough and efficient cleaning service tailored to your needs while maintaining a friendly and safe environment.

How often should I have my floors professionally cleaned?

The frequency of cleaning depends on factors such as foot traffic, usage, and the specific flooring type. In general, we recommend professional cleaning at least once or twice a year to maintain cleanliness, extend the lifespan, and ensure optimal appearance.

Can your cleaning methods remove stubborn stains?

While our cleaning methods are highly effective, some stubborn stains may present challenges. Factors like the type of stain, its age, and previous cleaning attempts can influence removal success. However, our specialized techniques aim to address and minimize the visibility of most stains.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes, our cleaning products are carefully selected to be safe for both people and pets. We prioritize safe solutions to maintain a comfortable and clean environment in your home or workplace.

Do you offer services near me?

We offer services in Howell Township and across Monmouth County, as well as parts of Ocean County. We also can travel outside our service area for large commercial or residential jobs.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Pure Surface Care, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time; this allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which is typically a percentage of the total service cost.

If you reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

Do you provide deep cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients?

Yes, our professional cleaning services cater to the needs of both residential and commercial clients, ensuring a reliable, high-quality, and versatile solution for all your surface cleaning needs.

Does Pure Surface Care move furniture?

We can assist with moving light furniture items such as chairs or side tables for your convenience. However, we do not move large or heavy pieces like beds, entertainment centers, heavy appliances, or electronics.

What is tailored multi-surface cleaning?

At Pure Surface Care, we understand that not all surfaces are created equal. We consider the specific surface, fiber, and fabric types to select the most suitable deep cleaning method. Our investment in training, education, and top-tier equipment sets us apart, enabling us to tailor our services to address a wide variety of surfaces. We offer tailored solutions using techniques like dry cleaning, low moisture, and hot water extraction (steam cleaning), ensuring a customized and effective service for the best results.

What is the difference between deep cleaning and restoration?

Deep cleaning and restoration are two distinct levels of cleaning services we provide:

Deep Cleaning: This service removes dirt, grime, soil, and common spots that a standard cleaning process cannot achieve. It offers a complete and intensive cleaning experience, improving your surfaces and fabrics’ overall appearance and cleanliness.

Restoration: This service targets surfaces and fabrics with severe issues such as heavy soil, stains, severe pet-related problems, biological contamination, or other challenging substances. Restoration is a specialized service beyond deep cleaning, addressing these severe issues with specific treatments or replacements.

Please note that restoration is priced per job and not included in our standard pricing structure.

Does Pure Surface Care clean blood spills and crime scenes?

No, Pure Surface Care does not handle crime scene cleanup. Specialized companies with proper licensing and equipment are equipped to manage biohazard situations.

We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions to your daily operations. As such, we provide cleaning services after regular business hours to avoid interfering with your business activities. We will work with you to develop a cleaning schedule that suits your facility’s needs.
