We prioritize your happiness, and if any aspect of our cleaning service doesn’t meet your expectations within 14 days, we’ll gladly return to address the specific areas we initially cleaned.
The following conditions apply:
- Our 14-day guarantee applies only to the cleaning services we provided
- We will re-clean the area in question, not the entire space
- Any new soil, stains, or spots are not covered under this guarantee
- Normal wear and tear on carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces are not included

- Adult presence required: Please ensure an adult is present to meet our team at the scheduled appointment time

We recommend scheduling a professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months to protect your floors, keep them looking their best, and extend their life. If you have pets or children, more frequent cleanings are advisable to stay ahead of soil and everyday wear.

Yes, we proudly serve every town in Monmouth County. Our service area includes Avon-by-the-Sea, Belmar, Brielle, Colts Neck, Deal, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Rumson, Freehold, Holmdel, Farmingdale, Sea Girt, Point Pleasant, Spring Lake, Tinton Falls, and nearby communities.
We know plans can change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours may result in a fee. We’ll always do our best to fit you in at a new time that works for you.

Deep cleaning and restoration are two distinct levels of cleaning services we provide:
Deep Cleaning: This service removes dirt, grime, soil, and common spots that a standard cleaning process cannot achieve. It offers a complete and intensive cleaning experience, improving your surfaces and fabrics’ overall appearance and cleanliness.
Restoration: This service targets surfaces and fabrics with severe issues such as heavy soil, stains, severe pet-related problems, biological contamination, or other challenging substances. Restoration is a specialized service beyond deep cleaning, addressing these severe issues with specific treatments or replacements.
Please note that restoration is priced per job and not included in our standard pricing structure.
