Price transparency guidelines:

A minimum fee for hardwood cleaning services applies to areas smaller than 200 sqf.
Please note that our cleaning process cannot repair scratches, wear and tear. Any pre-existing damage like crowning, cupping, and severe water damage is generally permanent and may require replacement.
If an acrylic coating is found on your hardwood floors, which can interfere with the cleaning process, we can remove it at an additional cost.
