For LVT & LVP cleaning services, please note that a minimum service fee applies to areas smaller than 200 sqf.
Please note that our cleaning process cannot repair scratches, wear and tear. Any pre-existing damage like crowning, cupping, scratches, and water damage is generally permanent and may require replacement.
If a coating is present on the floor, an additional charge will be applied for its removal.
