Our price transparency guidelines:
- Tile cleaning service applies to Ceramic and Porcelain tiles only.
- Natural stone cleaning is not included; please get in touch with us for pricing.
- Our standard service covers the removal of dirt, grime, and soil. However, some staining may be permanent.
- Waxed surfaces may require stripping before cleaning and sealing; additional charges will apply.
- Heavily and severely contaminated floors with pet urine, excessive dirt, or feces may not qualify for deep cleaning, and restoration may be required.
- Our minimum charge is $150 applies to all services.
